About Kem Minnick

Kem Minnick has been involved in the worlds of beauty, health and fitness for over 23 years. She began modeling at age 19 and considers herself to be the least tall and most heavyset person to ever model on St. Barths. A professional equestrienne for most of her life, Ms. Minnick has had the opportunity to fall off of horses in The United Kingdom as well as in the country of Spain. In 1996 after appearing in numerous television commercials, that not very many people saw and she was crowned Ms. Hawaiian Tropic Austin.

While living in Boulder, Colorado, she owned and operated a successful organic gardening business for 10 years and was active in her community with contributions, organizing events and speaking out publicly against the use of pesticides and herbicides.  A lifelong animal lover and equestrienne, she currently divides her time between a very bossy Newfoundland dog and an even bossier Friesian horse.
